Project Brief:

Design a highly functional space that expertly balances luxury, efficiency, and family-friendly practicality that optimizes efficiency without sacrificing aesthetics. DPI created a laundry room that also functions as a mudroom, combining a luxurious feel with maximized storage, all while being kid- and pet-friendly.

Key Items:

Hidden drying racks, raised laundry basket pull-out shelves save back strain, and cleverly placed drawers eliminate the need for heavy lifting. The client’s rechargeable Dyson is neatly hidden within electrified cabinetry, maintaining a seamless and sleek look.

Luxe Features:

High-end elements such as reeded glass and oak double doors, custom cabinetry, a bespoke hammered brass sink with a gooseneck faucet, small-batch textiles, a diagonal floor layout, and an embellished marble backsplash. A cornice softens the window lines while drawing the eye upward, adding a touch of elegance.
