What People Are Saying

“My biggest regret was not involving Drea sooner. I spent months laboring over the possible options before I reached out to her.

After just 3 hours together I had so much more clarity and direction and had gained the confidence to make decisions.

This was especially needed in my renovation process, as I already had the contractor lined up to start and any delays would have been very bad for the budget.”

“It was so great to gain confidence in the decision-making. I had a bunch of ideas, but I wasn't confident that they would all work together.

Drea acted as an expert editor in the process, helping to steer me on what would and wouldn't work and helped me turn a jumbled set of ideas into a cohesive plan..”

FAQs

  • During our call + initial meeting, we discussed what would likely be achievable. Our initial working meeting allowed us to get clear on your top priorities for your session. If we do not finish everything there are a few options:

    • Book another Design Bites session

    • Use your follow-up 30 min call for tying up loose ends

If you are unsure, please reach out to us before booking.

  • Drawings are not provided during our Design Bites session. You can potentially add those on later.

If you decided to do a Drawing Add-on, hourly rates would apply.

Another site visit may be required to obtain dimensions or you can supply them to the design team.

  • I am able to bring a small amount of samples based on the nature of your design session including paint, fabrics, wallpaper, and some hard surfaces.

Items like stone can be viewed online for design direction.

A separate Design Bite can be purchased to visit a stone yard + see these types of samples together in person.

  • Please do not invite guests to our session. The only people who should join and participate are you and your partner/spouse.

  • No. The Design Bite fee is for our time and years of expertise. Due to the nature of this intangible service, we cannot offer refunds.

  • We get it, life happens to all of us. Due to the limited # of offerings per month, rescheduling is acceptable with a minimum of 2 weeks’ notice.

Your scheduled services cannot be given to other people.

  • Due to the nature of the Design Bites service, we cannot commit to acting as a project manager.

We can certainly meet your contractors and trade professionals with you.

If you would like someone to do the heavy lifting of managing contractors, we recommend our full-service design offerings instead.

  • Discounts is a dirty word in our industry. Designers receive trade pricing and are considered retailers without the storefront.

Either way, due to the nature of the Design Bite service, extending our trade pricing is not applicable.
